The little moments

i finally got out to work out for a bit. Ever sense Katara had the baby I wouldn't leave her. But today she threatened to cut off something's if I didn't leave her be for a bit.  

So I decided to go get in some firebending practice. 

I'm hoping little Kellan, will be a fire bender. She practically looks like Katara except my golden eyes.

her golden eyes have little flakes of red around the ires. I love her eyes. They are just gorgeous. 

I walk all into our room and see Katara cuddled with Kellan in bed. I decide to take a quick shower while they're asleep.


once I got out I see Katara sitting up in a chair. She was hunched over a bit. The closer I came to her I saw that she was hunched over Kellan. 

I wrap my arms around Katara and look at Kellan.

we just sit there for a moment.

"I'm sorry I told you to go." Katara said as she looked away from Kellan to looked at me.

"it's ok. You needed some space." I said as I put my forehead to rest against hers.

"I love you." She said as she started to toy with my bottom lip.

"I love you too." I said as I gave her a passionate kiss.

we broke apart when we heard little laughter.

"you think that's funny." I said as I leaned down and tickled Kellan.

my only reply was more laughter. But this time it also came from Katara.

it was the little moments like this that made all of the hardship worth it.
